Snow Go.

Just had another 3+ inches of holiday cheer on the ground. Oh, wait. Jesus is not involved. Cancel the Holly Jolly. Nobody is dreaming of a white February. Car was de-iced, again. Doggie not happy with salt in paws.

In Texas, highway department trucks are being diverted away from normal snow clearing duties, statewide, to clear Dallas for the Super Bowl. Security for the dignitaries attending was cited. Several counties in north Texas are now disaster areas, with iced roads, rolling power outages, burst pipes, and no outside help. I'm quite sure this will be forgotten... :)

Neighborhood groups began forming, to deal with localized food and health issues.
