I read the article and still wonder - the author saw what he saw and has a good idea, but I'm wondering how it would work on all levels of society. For myself, I'd love to carry catastrophic insurance only and pay cash up front at reasonable rates.

Also - I noticed the cost of veterinary case is exploding. I also noticed, some time ago, a move towards selling veterinary care insurance.

Which was did causation flow here in the beginning? KNowing that once flowing it becomes a negative feedback loop.
