The proliferation of near-computers, and quasi-laptops, just drove support requirements geometrically upwards. It's more than the "I'm important enough to have a laptop!" chorus; now everything *has* to work together.
Control freakdom about staying totally connected 99.99999% should be added to the DSM 4.
